How to apply

To apply to Calvin, we need to receive the following:

  • Calvin College Application OR The Common Application
  • High school transcript – completed by your guidance counselor
  • Academic recommendation – completed by a teacher you choose through the application
  • Transcripts – from any college(s) you have attended; an official transcript is required for admissions consideration and transfer credit evaluation.
  • SAT or ACT or CLT scores – from your official transcript or sent directly from the testing agency (SAT code 1095; ACT code 1968; CLT is the Classic Learning Test). Test scores are often included on your high school transcript. (Students who are transferring from another college or university are not required to submit ACT, SAT, or CLT results.)
